Yes. Our jewelry is designed for everyday life, so you can shower, swim, exercise and enjoy the ocean without taking it off. The durable PVD finish helps protect its color through regular exposure to water and sweat.
Our pieces are made to keep their color during everyday wear. The PVD coating is more durable than traditional plating and is designed to resist fading and tarnishing. It should not leave the typical green marks associated with lower-quality jewelry.
The Lifetime Color Warranty covers significant problems with the gold or silver color of eligible pieces purchased directly from the store. If your jewelry develops a qualifying color issue, contact customer care with your order number and clear photos so the claim can be reviewed.
The warranty does not cover lost jewelry, normal scratches, misuse, improper storage, pearl discoloration or promotional gifts.
Our jewelry is designed to be comfortable for everyday wear. However, skin sensitivities vary from person to person. Check the materials listed on the individual product page when you have a known allergy or sensitivity to a specific metal.

Eligible unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be approved before being sent back, and return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility.

What happens if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost, including any required return shipping.
Yes. Orders are presented in ready-to-gift packaging, making the pieces suitable for birthdays, holidays or a special surprise. Packaging contents can vary depending on the product and promotion.
For the best long-term appearance, rinse the piece after heavy exposure to chlorine or salt water, dry it with a soft cloth and store it separately when not being worn. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and unnecessary contact with rough surfaces.
Can I return items purchased during a sale or promotion?
Yes. Eligible paid items purchased during a sale or promotion may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless they were clearly marked Final Sale before purchase.
Free promotional items and complimentary gifts have no cash value and cannot be refunded separately. If a return causes the order to no longer meet the promotion requirements, the refund will be recalculated based on the items kept.
